For having full attendance in 2017-18
The TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited announced bonus and cash award in the range of Rs 29,600 to 46,000 for its workmen for the year 2017-18 for full attendance. Each workman would be paid bonus and cash award for 2017-18 at a rate of 20 per cent of their salary (Basic, DA and VDA) paid to them and rest as cash award on fulfilling the conditions of the Bonus Act, 1965.
Company AGM (PR and CSR) SK Mishra said this year being the diamond jubilee year of the company and request by the recognised union, as a special case, the management announced bonus and cash award more than the maximum limit agreed in the long term agreement.
This is the highest amount ever paid as bonus and cash award by any refractories company in India and about 800 workmen would be benefited from this, he added.
