Renowned historian and educationist Prof Jagannath Pattnaik was such an adorable personality, who has been an inspiration for every proud Odia. This was stated by Higher Education Minister Pradip Panigrahy at the observance of the 13th death anniversary of Prof Pattnaik, organised by the Nehru Institute of Youth Affairs.
The meeting presided over by association president Suresh Chandra Mantry started with floral tributes to a portrait of Prof Pattnaik. Dignitaries like Prof lN Mishra, Baisnaba Charan Parida and others joined the event.
