Inaugurating the 2nd regional conference of The Theosophical Order of Service (TOS), Odisha Region with theme on ‘Towards the New World’, the Governor exhorted everyone to ensure that the path to the new world is free from fear, exploitation, injustice, intolerance and violence.
Describing Theosophy as God’s wisdom and knowledge for individual enlightenment and salvation and to form a nucleus of the universal brotherhood of humanity, Jamir appreciated the activities taken up by the Odisha region of The Theosophical Society.
TOS international vice-president Chittaranjan Satapathy and national assistant general secretary Uma Bhattacharya stressed on the teachings of theosophy in individual and community life to prepare a path towards the new world.
