The Commissionerate police on Friday pasted a notice (latka) on the door of industrialist Trailokya Mishra’s house at Kharavel Nagar here asking him, his wife Ashamanjari and son Sabyasachi to depose before the Malila police station here before June 22 in connection with the torture case lodged against them by Trailokya’s daughter-in-law lopamudra Mishra. “Despite repeated tries, we could not contact Trailokya Mishra, his wife and son. Hence, we have put a notice on their house asking them to depose before the Mahila police by June 22,” said DCP Satyabrata Bhoi.

Meanwhile, the police posted more security at lopamudra’s parental house at the Tankapani road here. She had on Thursday lodged a complaint at the Badagada police station alleging that some unknown miscreants had barged into her house and threatened to kill her and kidnap her son if she takes help from police or media against her husband and father-in-law.
