Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Education, Government of Telangana Kadiyam Srihari addressed 27,000 tribal students of the Kalinga institute of Social Sciences (KISS) on Friday.
During the celebration of the World AIDS Day, he praised the facilities and ambience of KISS and the services provided to the poor tribal students.
The KISS has created an example for everyone by empowering a weaker section of society through education, he added. He also praised the effort of KISS founder Dr Achyuta Samanta.
