All India Trinamool Congress (AITMC) general secretary and former Railway Minister Mukul Roy would visit the State on February 3 to attend a meeting of the TMC State unit. During his visit, Roy would also meet prominent leaders of the State, said the party’s Odisha unit convener Amit Tiwary on Wednesday.
