A three-day Property Expo organised by the State Bank of India at its Main Branch/Zonal Office premises here was inaugurated by SBI Managing Director PK Gupta on Friday in the presence of REDA Odisha chairperson Amiya Kumar Mohapatra and SBI Bhubaneswar Circle Chief General Manager BVG Reddy.
The objective of the expo is to provide a one-stop solution for home seekers by bringing 35 builders of high repute affiliated to CREDAI, REDA, AFORD and NAREDCO, the apex bodies of the real estate sector as well as corporate real estate developers to showcase their completed and ongoing projects.
Five leading automobile dealers are also participating in the event.
Visitors would have the advantage and option to choose from the wide range of houses/flats of different sizes, makes and built-up areas suitable to their requirements displayed by developers.
The expo provides opportunity of selecting from 535 1-BHK, 1,085 2-BHK, and 968 3- BHK unsold houses.
The motto of the expo is to provide single-window service by giving sanction letters, pre-approved loans (PAl) and providing easy solution and handholding support to the problems faced by individual customers in applying and processing of home and car loans.
