The scholarship entailed full tuition fee and hostel dues of the students for the entire course duration. Introduced in 2007, the scholarship has benefited students from displaced families to realize their dreams. A total number of recipients of this prestigious scholarship have gone up to 152.

“The Tata Steel wants to nurture the youth and give them a better life than their previous generations. Benefits of industrialisation must reach the displaced families who have partnered in the development of Kalinganagar,” said Kalinganagar Project Corporate Service GM Prasanta Mallick.
