Baleswar has enough potential for establishment industries. Once the scope is taped not only would it enhance the economy of thedistrict, but create many jobs, observed speakers in a meeting held on the occasion of Silver Jubilee observation of the Baleswar Chamberof Industry and Commerce (BCIC) on Sunday.
The speakers said the young masses of the district while are showing their talents outside the State and country, why they can’t show the same ability in their own native land. The Government is making several industrial policies to attract industries and investments and the youths should grab opportunities, they further observed.
With the establishment of industries, trade and commerce will flourish and the menace of ultras could be mitigated to a large extent, they opined. Vice-president of BCIC Sanjay Acharya gave the introduction of guests, silver jubilee committee president Bishnu Maru gave the introductory speech.
President of BCIC Himansu Das, president Odisha Industries Federation, Cuttack Sart Das, president Utkal Chamber of Commerce, Bhubaneswar Ramesh Chandra Mohapatra, MSME director PK Gupta and N Palai among others spoke. A souvenir was unveiled and Sunil Modi offered the vote of thanks.
