The Tanvi Sangam, a women’s club of NTPC employees, observed its 26th annual day at TTS auditorium, NTPC Talcher Kaniha on Monday.
A theatre workshop was organised for women by Fizza Art, New Delhi on the occasion. A total of 18 women members of the club underwent a 10-day training programme on acting anddancing skills.Tanvi Sangam president Neeta Fadnavis welcomed the guests who included Executive Director (TK) VB Fadnavis, GM (Maintenance) UK Dasgupta and Bal Bhavan vice-president Sonali Dasgupta.Addressing on the occasion, Fadnavis appreciated the group efforts of the club members in doing commendable work in the field of promoting education by running nursery schools, actively participating in the welfare of employees and providing financial support to needy and sports persons from time to time.
