Batoi in collaboration with World Trade Centre (WTC), Bhubaneswar, hosted a seminar entitled ‘Smart Business on the Cloud’ here on October 28.

Founder Director and CEO, Batoi Ashwini Kumar Rath gave the introductory talk on “Application of Cloud Computing for SMEs.” Increasingly, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are embracing cloud computing which enables them to grow faster. Yet, some have been slower to explore these opportunities, he said and gave an insight on cloud computing.
He discussed on the IT challenges and basic technological requirement that organizations need in the contemporary times and explained the working of cloud computing and how organizations can manage their business on the cloud by using mobility and applications like Ecommerce, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Workflow Management and Knowledge Management, with infrastructure on the cloud to improve their operational efficiency and save on operational cost.
Business Analyst, Batoi Dipankar Mohanty gave a demonstration of the Batoi Cloud Platform (BCP) with a special focus on solutions for SMEs. A question and answer session with the Batoi experts followed.
