On the eve of 70th Independence day celebration, SAKAR, a city based NGO in association with India Book of Records and technical support from Indo-Vietnam Medical Board, Faridabad, New Delhi organised a diabetes awareness camp on how to cure diabetes in 72 hours.
The camp was held at Shri Aurobindo Integral Education Centre, Khandagiri. Dr Bidu Bhushan Samant, former country head, UNICEF and Dr Radha Mohan, former State Information Commissioner of Odisha, attended the camp-cum-seminar as chief guest and guest of honour respectively. Satya Narayan Sahoo, Diabetic Educator, attended the event as speaker and shared very useful tips on diabetes.
A book named Diabetes Educators Success Stories by Dr Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury was launched on the occasion.
The aim of this seminar was to help common people to cure reverse diabetes, heart diseases, high BP and high cholesterol without medicine and only by taking natural food. More than 100 prominent people of the city attended the seminar.
