The Talcher Thermal Power Station (TTPS) has earned the fame of emerging the leader among all the NTPC stations in terms of Plant load Factor (PlF) for the second consecutive year. It has generated 3828.81 million units of electricity at 95.02 per cent PlF during 2013-14.
TTPS project head KRC Murty, in his address on the Utkal Diwas on Tuesday, congratulated all the employees and associates for this achievement and urged upon them to take resolution to achieve a new height of excellence performance in the coming days for the station.On the occasion, the Shraddha, a NGO, extended financial assistance to two poor persons, who are suffering from cancer and other ailments.
