Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday held discussions with the officials of the Fertiliser Department and the Talcher Fertilisers to make the Talcher Fertilisers plant operational soon.
After the plant becomes operational, import of natural gas would be reduced and help in making the country self-sufficient in the gas and fertiliser sectors, Pradhan said.
