The Odisha Postal Circle, Bhubaneswar, observed the Samagra Swachhata Divas on September 24 under the guidance of Chief Postmaster General Dr Odisha Santosh Kumar Kamila.
Member Postal Services Boardi Tilak De was present.
On the occasion all staff members led by Director Postal Servic Rajendra Prasad Gupta and local Corporator Narendra Sahu undertook cleaning of a Community Hall in the P and T Colony, Unit-4. De and Dr Kamila also participated on the Shramdaan.
De took stock of the cleanliness of toilets and other utilities of post offices and RMS in and around Bhubaneswar. He also inaugurated the construction of a ladies toilet at the Old town post office
On September 25, "Sarbatra Swachata" was observed. The drive will continue till October 2.
