Security personnel on Thursday arrested a contractual employee of the Integrated Test Range (ITR) at Chandipur in Baleswar district for indulging in suspicious activities. He was identified as Iswar Behera, aged about 32, of Baisinga in Mayurbhanj district. He was being interrogated by the specialised agencies.
