The ruling BJD, which has the maximum number of Ollywood actors in its camp, has also had to fall back on Bollywood star Sunil Shetty to campaign for its candidates.Shetty held road shows in Jeypore in tribal dominated Koraput district. He campaigned for BJD candidate for Jeypor Assembly seat Rabinarayan Nanda.
Shetty said he was overwhelmed by the crowd and its response towards him. He said he has come here not as an actor but as ‘Rabiji’s friend’. He would continue to hold road shows in two more places in the district, he told mediapersons. It may be recalled here that Sunil Shetty and Shilpa Shetty had campaigned for Independent candidate for Champua Assembly seat Jitu Patnaik in 2009 polls. Patnaik won the seat.
