A pregnant deer was found dead in the Sukasan Reserve Forest of Megha jungle near here on Sunday morning.
The local forest officials recovered the body of the deer, got the autopsy done and found that it was pregnant with a full-grown baby.
The officials claimed that the deer had come in search of drinking water outside the jungle and became the target of stray dogs.
