A delegation from Odisha led by State Industries Minister Ananta Das would visit Fuzhou in China on August 31 to showcase invest opportunities to Chinese industries, said Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday.
A six-member business delegation of Fujian Province of China on Monday met Patnaik at the State Secretariat with an objective of seeking business ties with Odisha. Patnaik invited the delegation to the ‘Make in Odisha’ investors meet scheduled to be held here in November.
Patnaik said natural resources-rich Odisha is one of the top three States of the country in attracting live manufacturing investments.
Notably, the State Government has partnered with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) for the second edition of ‘Make in Odisha’ Conclave scheduled to be held in Bhubaneswar from November 11 to 15.
