Aul MLA Pratap Keshari Deb on Friday felicitated Manoj Kumar Baral (32), who donated plasma after his recovery from Covid-19 and saved two lives.
Deb visited the village of plasma donor at Radhanagar under Aul block. Baral is the first plasma donor in the State. The MLA presented him a shawl and flower bouquet and praised his effort in the corona battle.
Notably, Baral, who was detected the first covid positive patient in the district on April 6, was working as a plumber in Abu Dhabi. He had returned from Abu Dhabi on March 21.
“We are proud for the noble gesture of Manoj for saving the life of two Corona patients by donating his plasma. He is an example for others," said the fellow villagers of Manoj.
