Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday said a change in the State Government is inevitable in a democratic system whenever Nabakalebar of lord Jagannath occurs.
Pradhan said this to reporters in response to a question at Puri after he offered prayers to lord Jagannath, lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra during the Bahuda Rath Yatra.
“I prayed to the lords to shower blessings for rapid development of our country and the State. I also prayed that people across the world live in peace,” Pradhan said.
