BJP’s Odisha-in-charge Arun Singh and State president KV Singh Deo congratulated Amit Shah who was declared as BJP’s National president in New Delhi on Wednesday.
The State’s elated party workers and leaders like General Secretary Prasanna Mishra, former Minister Samir Dey, Prithviraj Harichandan, Simantini Jena and Ashok Sahu celebrated the decision by distributing sweets and bursting firecrackers at the party office here. Singh Deo said the party has already seen Shah’s strong leadership and organisational capacity in the last general elections. “I hope the party will do better in all the States under the guidance of Shah,” he added.
