The State Assembly Secretariat on Tuesday submitted a proposal to the Parliamentary Affairs Department for commencement of the Budget session of the legislature from February 9.
As per the proposal, the session would continue till April 8 and have 31 workdays in two phases.
The first phase of the session would be from February 8 to 20 while the second one would be from March 8 to April 8.
