A revised list of voters in the State would be published on January 15, 2021, informed State Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Sushil Kumar Lohani on Friday.
A drive for updating the electoral roll is currently underway.
Lohani said those who would complete 18 years of age as on January 1, 2021 can apply for inclusion of their names in the list by filling up Form-6. Similarly, Form-7 can be filled up by those wishing for deletion of their names from the list. Besides, errors in particulars of the voters can be rectified through Form-8 and updating of changes in addresses of residences within the same Assembly constituency can be done through Form-8 (A). The process is being conducted both online and offline.
Applicants can approach booth-level officials like Anganwadi Workers and schoolteachers for the purposes while the process is available online on the website www.nvsp.in or mobile phone application Voter Helpline, the CEO said.
