A couple of days after alleging threat to their lives, the family members of deceased Haridaspur VLW Smitarani Biswal left their village on Sunday and took shelter in their relatives’ house.
Smitarani’s father Sadananda Biswal, mother, husband and daughter left their Choramuha village and moved to their relatives’ house in Talcher. While their village house remained locked, the security personnel deployed to give protection to them are still guarding the house.
According to sources, Sadananda is planning to settle down either in Delhi or Mumbai where his sons stay.
Earlier, expressing dissatisfaction over the investigation by police into his daughter’s death, Sadananda had demanded a CBI probe into the incident. He also alleged that there is a threat to his family members’ lives as those who killed his daughter might also target them.
