The Regional Office of DAV institutions, Odisha Zone-I, conducted a two-day skill development programme at DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur, in association with the Ashok Leyland recently.
More than 200 transport staffs of the zone participated in the programme where issues like new transport guidelines, road safety measures, first aid, mental harmony of the personnel and students safety were discussed.
DAV Regional Officer Dr KC Satapathy, former Chief Secretary Bijiya Pattnaik, Maqbool Ali, ACP Traffic Kishore Panigrahi, Sanjeeb Kar, BBSR RTO 2 Sanjaya Behera and Cuttack RTO Diptiranjan Patra were present in the sessions.
DAV Unit-8 Principal Ipsita Das and DAV Baleswar Principal NK Pradhan joined as observers.
All the participants were given certificates and mementos. Manoj Garnayak of DAV Chandrasekharpur compered the programme.
