As many as six members of the All Odisha Power Engineers' Federation, the highest in number, have been selected for different posts of the All India Power Engineers' Federation (AIPEF) in its federal council meeting held in Hyderabad on Saturday.
In the meeting of the AIPEF, which is the national-level association of power engineers of all the Indian States, Sailendra Dubey of Uttar Pradesh was selected as chairman and P Rathankar Rao of Telangana as secretary general.
All Odisha Power Engineers' Federation chairman Biswaranjan Mishra and secretary general Brahma Prakash Paital were selected as senior vice-chairman and secretary of the AIPEF respectively.
Nihar Ranjan Ray, Jagannath Bariki, Prasanta Kumar Pattnaik and Subhasis Mohanty were selected as vice-chairman, joint secretary and executive members respectively.
