In view of a huge spike in Covid-19 cases in Angul, the district administration has imposed shutdown in two municipality areas for three days (80 hours).
The shutdown is in force from 9 pm of April 22 till 5 am of April 26 in the Angul Municipality and Talcher Municipality areas. As per the order, all the commercial establishments, market complexes and hotels will remain closed except medicine stores, Government offices and banks in the two urban areas.
