Sundargarh Collector and District Magistrate (DM) Surendra Kumar Meena seems to be emerging as a role model and source of inspiration for bureaucrats as the official visited an Anganwadi Centre in the district and distributed foot-wears among the needy students.
The Collector, who visited the Duduka Anganwadi Centre in Hemagiri block, helped the students wear slippers and distributed utensils and study materials among them. Accompanied by some officials of the district administration, Meena also interacted with the students. The official had recently reached a remote village in the district by riding pillion of a two-wheeler and took stock of the implementation of development schemes in the locality.
