The Town police busted a sex racket at Keuto Street here on Wednesday and arrested 12 people. The arrested included the owner of the concerned house, five are clients and six girls.
The flesh trade was unearthed at a residential building of Keuto Street situated in the daily market road, said IIC of Town police station Ramesh Bisoyi.“Acting on a tipoff, we conducted raid and held 12 persons for their alleged involving in the flesh trade,” he said.The accused have been booked under the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act (PITA) and investigations are on. This is the first such crackdown in the town with crime brewing in it.
