Bishnupada Sethi, a1985-batch IAS officer, has taken over as the Secretary of the Department of Fisheries and Animal Resources Development (F&ARD). He will also continue as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Cooperation. Meanwhile, Sanjeeb Kumar Mishra has taken over as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Department of ST & SC Development on Friday. A 1997-batch IAS officer, Mishra replaced Santosh Sarangi of the 1994 batch, who left on Central deputation as the Secretary of the APEDA in the Ministry of Commerce.
