SSl Corporate Communications head Arun Bhatt received the award from Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram in the presence of School and Mass Education Minister Debi Prasad Mishra, Culture Minister Ashok Chandra Panda and MP Prasanna Patasani.
