The founding architects of Nalco and Nalconians have not only paved way for the establishment of the Navratna entity through their visionary outlook and hard work but they have always been a source of inspiration and guiding spirit for us. Their guidance and blessings have always been with us to achieve new level of success,” said Nalco CMD Dr Tapan Kumar Chand.
He said this while addressing a programme ‘Hamesha Nalconian’, organised in Bhubaneswar on October 7 as part of the Senior Citizens’ Week celebration. “Nalco salutes its seniors and stalwarts for their contribution and is always with them,” added Dr Chand.
A mobile APP namely ‘Hamesha Nalconian’ and a webpage, especially designed for the former Nalconians were launched during the programme. Former employees, including former CMDs and Directors of the company graced the occasion in a large number and participated in the programme with a great spirit. A programme on yoga and lifestyle was organised. Besides, a vibrant cultural programme enthralled the audience.
