The Indian Railways would run a special train named ‘Baristha Nagarika Tirtha Yatra’ for the Government of Odisha on Friday (December 13) between Baleswar and Haridwar to accommodate senior citizens from the State’s northern parts to visit Haridwar on sponsorship by the State Government.
08415/08416 Bhubaneswar-Haridwar-Bhubaneswar ‘Baristha Nagarika Tirtha Yatra’ Special would leave Baleswar at 1145hrs on December 13 and reach at Haridwar at 2215hrs on December 14. In the return direction, it would leave Haridwar at 2200hrs on December 16 and arrive at Baleswar at 1015hrs on December 18.
Infrastructural facilities are being provided by the East Coast Railway. Passengers of the special train would visit places like Haridwar, Mansadevi Temple, Har ki Pauri including Ramjhula and Laxmanjhula at Hrisikesh.
