'Self-sacrifice can bring real Swaraj'

Dedication, determination, self-sacrifice and meditation can change the scenario of our society and bring real Swaraj, observed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) State representative Dr Dhanadakanta Mishra at Jokadia here on Sunday. 

Mishra is also the translator of Arvind Kejriwal’s book Swaraj into Odia. Mishra was speaking at a workshop organised particularly on Kejriwal’s book. 

AAP Jajpur district convener Er Satyabrata Prusty, senior journalist Krushna Chandra Samal, retired teacher Hrusikesh Prusty along with many students participated in the programme.Mishra observed that out of 543 MPs, as many as 147 are corrupt and having criminal records.  

“If the Jan lokpal Bill comes into force, these people would be behind the bars, and for this only we do not think that they will pass the Bill in Parliament,” said he, adding that private companies are running the Government. Pranati Nayak gave a vote of thanks.
