A meeting between the representatives of Steel Executive Federation of India (SEFI) and Steel Authority of India limited (SAIl) management was held at New Delhi to discuss on various problems faced by the executives of various units under SAIl.
Among others the SEFI vice-chairman-cum-Rourkela Executive Association general secretary Padmanav Mishra attended the meeting and raised various issues on behalf of the executives.
In the meeting the focus of discussion was on the PRP and pension to the executives. Besides, junior officers’ scale, up-gradation of scale for E-1 and E-2 ranked executives, proposed new promotion policy, dress code, house rent allowance modification and many other issues were discussed. Source said the SAIl management has assured to resolve the issues as early as possible.
