A former Councillor and director of an English medium school at Rajgangpur in Sundargarh district was arrested and forwarded to court on Saturday allegedly for molesting a former girl student of his school.
The 19-year-old victim had contacted accused Prem Prasad for issuing a certificate. When she reached the school, Prasad allegedly attempted to molest her in his room. She managed to escape but remained silent being apprehensive of her image.
But when Prasad again called her and wanted to get physical with her, she informed her family members, who lodged a complaint with police.
