The Samruddha Odisha on Wednesday said it would initiate a public relation drive, ‘Nutan Sampark-Aamar Sankalp’ soon in order to gather more supporters.
The party took this decision at its State executive meeting held here.
All newly-appointed office bearers were welcomed and given various responsibilities. Senior leaders of the party would visit different districts every month.
A committee, comprising Wing Commander Gorachand Barik, Professor Manoranjan Das, Dr Saroj Bihari Mohanty, Yogacharya Anam Swamki, Anantram Mattam, S Narayan Rao, Sahadev Jal and Pranab Chhotray, was formed to look into district visit programmes.
Under ‘Nutan Sampark-Aamar Sankalp’ programme, each party worker would visit at least 20 households and establish relationship with them. For this, a committee was also formed with secretary general Prabeer Mohanty and general secretary Nirakar Beura appointed as its convenors.
