A job fair in collaboration with the KIIT University, Bhubaneswar was organised here on Thursday. KIIT and KISS founder and Kandhamal MP Dr Achyuta Samanta inaugurated the camp, in which 72 companies participated with 10,000 vacancies. The salaries for the participants range from Rs 5000 to Rs 20,000 according to the job profiles. Dr Samanta, who has set an example of starting his career with a salary of Rs 1,500 as a college Lecturer, said youths should focus on hard work. Among others, Phulbani MLA Angad Kanhar, Balliguda MLA Chakrapani Kanhar, ZP President Akankhya Pradhan and Collector Dr Brunda D were present.
