New district Superintendent of Police Jay Narayan Pankaj while interacting with local mediapersons on Wednesday said his priority is safety and security of the general public and to ensure that each police man behaves in a public friendly manner at work place.
After assuming office a month ago, the SP for the first time called a Press meet at his office and discussed overall crime situation and police setups in different stations across the district. Pankaj said that all assistance would be provided to the people who come to the police station to file complaint.
