Maoist leader Sabyasachi Panda’s cases have been transferred to the District and Sessions Judge Court here from the Mohana JMFC Court. A total of 10 cases of Panda were transferred on Friday and Panda was produced before the Mohana court with tight security.
A dozen of high profile cases including Bhalia Sahi encounter case, mobile tower blast case, Nalaghata police station blast and Government bus burning case in Raipanka and murder cases in Khariguda and Gobindpur villages, etc., have been registered against him.
The cases were registered at the Adaba police station. He was sent back to Brahmapur Circle Jail after the interrogation.
