The Prerana jointly with the Subham Pictures would start ‘Sabuja Abhijan-2016’ from May 27 as a step to tackle global warming effects. A number of cine artists and singers would join the campaign to protect cow and plant tree.
led by Prerana president Dr Dillip Srichandan, Subham Pictures producer Ashok Kumar Das and programme coordinator actor Amar Mohapatra, a 15-member team would attend a cultural function at Surat in Gujrat on May 28 as a part of the campaign.
A logo was unveiled here in this regard on Wednesday in the presence of Excise Minister Dr Danodar Rout, Mayor Anant Narayan Jena, film producer Dr Prakash Srichandan and Ashok Kumar Das.
Actresses Anu Choudhury, Archhita and Priya, actors Sabyasachi, Papu Pam Pam, Manoj Mishra, Sritam Das and Abhisekh were present, among others.
The artists would also go Dubai, USA and lodon etc for the campaign.
