Newly-elected Patkura MLA Sabitri Agarwalla was administered oath of office by Speaker Surjya Narayan Patro at the latter’s chamber in the State Assembly premises here on Friday.
After taking oath of office, Agarwalla was escorted to her seat in the House by women MLAs of the BJD during afternoon hours.
With Agarwalla’s joining, the number of MLAs of the ruling BJD went up to 113.
