RSS mobilising youths for VHP dharma sabha

With the aim to make the proposed dharma sabha of Vishwa Hindu Parishad at Ayodhya on November 25 a big success, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has started meeting people, particularly youths, and is exhorting them to come to the meeting in large number.

"The success of any programme depends on the youths of the country. The dharma sabha to be held in Ayodhya on November 25 is expected to chart out a new path for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya and in this, the youths will play a decisive role," RSS prantiya pracharak Kaushal said at Karsewakpuram in Ayodhya on Thursday.

He said that youths should remember 1990 and 1992 and how youths sacrificed their lives for protecting the cultural identity of India. "Time has come to replicate that success because the apex court of India is not ready to give an early verdict in favour of constriction of Ram temple in Ayodhya. The youths should remember that people's court is the biggest court in democracy and we are seeking support in favour of construction of  Ram temple," he said.

Addressing the activists of Akhil Bharatiya Vidhyarthi Parishad, the youth wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Kaushal said that they should galvanise people in favour of Ram temple.

Earlier in the day, the VHP released a sankalp patra (pledge form), asking people to sign it.

The sankalp patra talks about construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya.

Meanwhile, VHP spokesman Sharad Sharma has demanded that the ghat where Paramhans Ram Chandra Das was cremated be named after the departed saint.
