While congratulating all the employees for the completion of the Modernisation and Expansion Programme of the Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) during the annual performance review and award function on Friday, RSP CEO GS Prasad said, “Your sweat and toil contribute towards Bharat Nirman.” He said, “The Prime Minister took keen interest in our processes and appreciated our efforts for supplying fortified steel for the defence of the nation.” Prasad said that in the coming days when the RSP would be a 10.8-MTPA plant, it would earn consistent profits and would not only be the best plant in the SAIl but also in the whole of India.
