So far, over Rs 56 crore has been paid from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) to persons who have successfully completed institutional quarantine.
Each migrant completing quarantine period is being given Rs 2,000 on the advice of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. Accordingly, Rs 56,51,94,000 has been paid to 2,82,597 migrants who had returned from other States and stayed in quarantine centres.
As many as 722 Odia people returned to State on Saturday taking the number of such people to 5,79,646, an official release here said.
