Vigilance sleuths of the Bhubaneswar Division found asserts of Rs 1.91 crore of a UP school headmistress on Friday.
She was identified as Sanjukta Kumari Rout, Headmistress of Keshpur Project UP School in Ganjam district.
The assets searched included her double-storied building at Nayakote under Banpur police station in Khurda, double-storied building at Nachuni in Banapur, triple storied building at Nachuni Bazar, Banpur, triple-storied building at Housing Board Colony, Baramunda, Bhubaneswar and Ayurved Medicine Clinic and shop at Western Tower Market Building, Unit-II, Bhubaneswar. Her total assets were calculated to be worth Rs 1, 90, 59, 562. Rout entered into Government service as an Assistant Teacher on in 1980 and subsequently was promoted to the rank of HM.
