The Xuberance’19 saw the batch of 112 students of Xavier School of Rural Management (XSRM) participating in the placement process which 32 companies attended including 15 new recruiters.
The highest domestic salary stood at Rs 15 lakh per annum with an average annual compensation stood at Rs 8 lakh per annum and median annual compensation stood at Rs 7.2 lakh per annum.
The prominent recruiters like Bharti AXA General Insurance Co, FinCare, ICICI Bank, ICICI Lombard, Arohan Financial Services, Basic Sub-k iTransactions, Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited, Madura Microfinance, Samasta Microfinance Limited, Deloitte, NuSocia, AISECT, Bihar Rural Livelihood Promotion Society, PRADAN, Odisha Livelihood Mission, Adani Capital, AMUL, Crompton Greaves, Decathlon Sports India and other were present.
