The State Government sanctioned a total of Rs 1,250 crore under the ‘Ama Gaon, Ama Bikash’ Yojana to undertake various developmental activities in 2018-19.
Panchayati Raj and Drinking water Minister Pratap Jena informed this in the State Assembly in response to a question of BJD MLA Ashwini Kumar Patra on Tuesday.
The funds were allocated for various developmental works in villages under all the 314 blocks, he said.
Out of allocated funds of Rs 1250 crore, Rs 483,09,40,933 has so far been spent under the Yojana, informed the Minister.
