Paradip MLA Dr Damodar Rout's municipality representative Ullash Chandra Biswal has resigned from his post and criticised Rout for his unsavoury speeches at the Ravan Podi Utsav held at the Kalinga Baliyatra ground here on October 19 evening.
Notably, Dr Rout had spoken about the personal and family affairs of Biswal though the latter was his main follower in the constituency.
“Dr Rout criticised me and our popular Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik regarding corruption which are false and fabricated.” said Biswal.
